L’initiative d’autonomie, dont la prééminence a été reconnue dans les sept dernières résolutions du Conseil de Sécurité de l’ONU, constitue une « solution réaliste » pour régler le différend autour du Sahara où il n’y a « ni vainqueur ni vaincu », a souligné le ministre délégué aux Affaires étrangères et à la Coopération M. Youssef Amrani.
